In Bhairav Family his mother is a housewife, his father works in a construction company, and 2 brothers are there.

After completing his 12th class Bhairav was very much confused for pursuing further study as his family was not able to support him due to financial issues. Being a daily wages labour his father was responsible for the family daily needs. Having a science stream, Bhairav’s interest was inclined towards medical sector. He wanted to follow his dream that is to be a part of healthcare industry in some way. He wanted to serve the society by helping them in creating wellness for people who surrounds him.

But, his family was not able to support him and pay his fees for the required course.

One day, his father associated with Construction Company went to visit a Trade fair in Delhi, where hundreds of corporate were showcasing their business model and equipments, to make people life easy. While walking and looking at the different equipments, his father, Mr. Khyali Datt Pandey, went to see a camp where people were getting diagnosed and free health checkups through Swasthgram activity.

While, having checkups of his own body Bhairav’s father asked the technician how they got involved in the particular course and working as Technician. The Technician briefed him about the process to be a lab technician through Swasthgram Livelihood program.

After getting the information, his father came to know about his son dream that Bhairav also wanted to be a Lab Technician but the course fees is almost 100000+ and there is no surety of jobs by the different colleges who were providing education in the medical sector, that was the only thing, he left his dream and was forced to do disrespectful work.

His father brought him to the Swasthgram where they were introduced with Livelihood program run by Swasthgram. The course fees were nominal with more emphasis on practical training as required on job with 100% job placement. Most importantly there is a provision of interest free loan with a clause that it will be recovered by the student only when he is placed in job. Swasthgram skill development facilitator not only guided him for the admission process in the reputed institute but also supported him by paying the initial payment of Rs. 5000/- of the course fee as interest free loan.

It was July 25th, 2016 when Bhairav got admission in course CMLT (Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology) for 1 year in ASPLI Institute under Swasthgram Livelihood project.
